As Sunset and Luna poured over the spell from Luna's diary, Sunset pointed out one section of the arcane markings.

"You see, as soon as I saw this part, I knew exactly how everything worked. It's a major mistake, and frankly, Princess, I'm surprised you did it."

RL work has taken a lot of my energy, so even on the bus where I have usually been writing, I'm not getting much done. But although I was stuck for a bit, I've worked out the next few steps through the end of act 2, and I'm pretty happy with the plan, so I just need to get it into the keyboard.

Travelling to Tokyo over Christmas, so I should have some time on the plane to write, I expect!

Originally when I joined this site, it was just to throw up a short one-shot that I needed to write, about Celestia's first time raising the moon alone - The First Night. It was barely 1000 words, just enough to meet the requirements to post. It didn't get much attention, but the ponies who read it seemed to like it (except for the one thumbs down, which I got immediately upon posting.)
