Spent this last week doing some work on my grandmother's house, which was rough. Had to replace the floors in practically the entire house. So that was fun, but not really. I'm still fucking exhausted. My entire body is sore. I'm not built for that kind of work. But now it's done.

Can't say exactly when it'll get released due to some IRL stuff but I guarantee it'll be worth it. It's at just over 4000 words! Easily the longest thing I've written for over a year. I just couldn't stop cramming in scenes.

I'm so sorry for the lack of new chapters. Truth be told, my mental health hasn't been great recently. I've been in some dark places and I'm not sure if I'm better yet but I'm trying. For anyone not aware, just over a week ago I was diagnosed with COVID-19. As you can imagine, that put a bit of a damper on... well, everything. Practically my entire family got a positive test. It really fucking sucked. Being sick is never fun, but this is worse. I was lucky in that the symptoms I dealt with were relatively minor, and I still felt like death.
