So yeah, you all remember what I said about posting the first chapter for "A Shimmering New Year" once "Wherever You Find Love" hit two thousand views? Plans have changed. First chapter's going up before the end of this week.

I doubt anyone will complain.

I said that, when "The Sun Also Rises" got two thousand overall views, I'd post a preview for "A Shimmering New Year". It happened earlier today...so here's a preview for you!

"The Sun Also Rises" is about to hit two thousand overall views.

When this happens? Someone, please point it out, and I'll write up a blog post with a preview for "A Shimmering New Year". Nothing fancy or elaborate, just a taste of the story to come.

"The Sun Also Rises" is almost at fifteen hundred views for the story overall, and "Six Nights" is nearly at nine hundred overall.

"The Sun Also Rises" is on the verge of getting five hundred views. Granted, that's not too impressive compared to, say, "Past Sins", but I think that's an accomplishment regardless.

I intend to commemorate this, the best way I know how. Once the story breaks five hundred views, I'm posting the first chapter to "Six Nights (and a Day) with Sunset". The whole story isn't even half done, mind, but I'm looking forward to the comments and responses to the story as it starts. Plus I'm anxious.
