While it might not be my best work, I learned a lot from writing it and I thank those who are reading it for sticking around till the very end and giving me all sorts of support. The next chapter of "Getting Tough" is out now. In order for the chapter to work better, I added a short monologue about Misty thinking about quitting, which will help make the events of this chapter feel a little more justified. Anyway, I'm sorry that I kept delaying my progress on it, and with the new chapter out, I'll continue working on it whenever I have some time available.

When I got out of bed this morning, a sudden idea popped in my head on how to complete "Getting Tough". I've made a note of this idea and I'm resuming work on the fic whenever I have free time. Sorry about the short hiatus and all, but my desire to work on it again really did come at an odd time. The next chapter will come out whenever it is ready, but I plan on making a few minor edits first.

"Getting Tough" will be put on a temporary hiatus. It is not cancelled, as I will finish it. I just need to read more published literature and understand how prose works before tackling something as big as a story with multiple chapters. Sorry if you were expecting a new chapter this weekend, I just need to learn more, either through reading or personal writings, before going back to writing the fic.

The first week of school has been going well so far and I enjoy my classes. However, one thing I absolutely loathe is having to get up early in the morning. For the first week and all, it feels painful.
