The Blue Mage, sequel to Child of Misery is up. I've already got several chapters written so I will be posting them fairly steadily at first. Though MS Word doesn't work so well copy and paste... I have to go through the entire chapter fixing the formatting when I go to post it so I'll have to find time for that. If anyone knows a trick to get Word docs to copy over with correct formatting, that would be very helpful.

While looking up some information I happened to look at the wiki page regarding the namesake of my villain Achlys. Now I of course read it before, but I didn't really realize how perfect the name was for the character:

I haven't posted an update in a while. Good news is, the first draft of all remaining chapters of Child of Misery are completed. So I will begin posting them soon as I have time to go over them again for a final pass. This also means I will be posting chapters fairly frequently from here on out. So the biggest problem I have when writing isn't a lack of ideas but too many. I've mentioned this before, probably several times by now, but it's still true. In developing background for characters, history to explain what led to current events in a story or even in thinking about what would happen afterwords, I am constantly thinking of ideas that I think might make a good story.
