Hearing the flapping of wings, Sentinel looked up to find the source. A slinky black figure descended down and landed in one of the nearby apple trees. He found that he was quite happy to see Boadicea. He nudged Diamond Tiara, who sat beside him, and gave the griffoness a grin.

Is sitting at a little over 1600 words.

The work is slow going. My concentration is shit today. My joints are achy and creaky. I had to do a serious rewrite of what I wrote earlier today, as it was riddled with errors, typos, and garble. I kept putting the wrong names to the wrong ponies in dialogue.

There should be a Chase chapter released.

Right now , too hot, too much pain, and I feel sick. Fixed an awesome meal though. Worth the pain. Totes worth it.

The epic battle chapter has been thrashed. I was unhappy with how it turned out. It was entirely too focused upon one perspective (Ripple's) and just read poorly. I hated it. Other characters involved, their sections felt like a passing footnote. So the entire chapter, (About 4.5k words) has been scrapped and will be started over.

Thank you for your patience. I'm trying to tell a story here.

Will see a return of Chrysalis and Chrysalis acting like Chrysalis. In short, a snarky bitch.

The bug queen will be escorted to Canterlot for reasons which will be made clear when the chapters are posted. Expect meeting between Queen Chrysalis and Princess Celestia. Tourmaline and Chrysalis will also be meeting one another. In the middle of it all will be Sentinel and Bucky is the most certainly to blame for all of the chaos that takes place.

Things should be interesting.
