Hello Everybody,
A year and a half; that's how long it's been since I've updated The Wanderer of the North. A year and a half of a small distant voice in my head saying "someday soon, but not today." I should not pretend anymore. It is by no shortage of leisure that I've neglected my story and its audience; only my own lack of discipline.
It has been a while since my last update, and I'd like to apologize. Without getting to much into the details of it, I've been trying to work at a new business venture in my professional life, and that has taken precedence. I've actually had this new chapter's first draft finished for about a week; I just hadn't taken the time to edit it.
I hope nobody was too worried; nah I'm sure nobody was. Enjoy and thank you for all your support and patience!

Hello everybody! My apologies if these blog postings are becoming tedious; they aren't meant to accompany every story update, it's just the way it has been turning out.
I'd like to first say new chapter. It's a little on the long side, but I think you'll find it real exciting!
Hello everybody! This is a short little post to left you all know that I've revised the story description for The Wanderer of the North. This was an effort to be a little more transparent with the summary to attract more readers.
I hope it does a job of attracting more readers; I thought the first summary was a little too vague for many to connect necessarily with Celestia and her story.
We'll see how this goes; also, new chapter update!

What can I say? There is absolutely no excuse...it has been two years and seven months since I last updated. I could say life got in the way, but I've since discovered that if someone truly wants to do something, they will find the time. I suppose that implies I didn't want to finish writing this, which in some ways is true. That spark I had when I first got into MLP:FIM was gone for a very long time.
As we eagerly await the next season premiere on this hallowed Season 5 Eve, let us take a moment to reflect on the great trials and tribulations that Twilight and her friends faced over the past four years. Remember the Manticore? Trixie? Discord? That one guy who liked the crystals or something? Ah...good times.
Hello everybody! First of all, I'd like to give my sincerest apologies. I'm sure it hasn't escaped many of you it has been right around three and a half months since last updates. Granted it was a double-update but that's still no excuse. Where have I been? Well I've gotten a new job, but that's really not why I haven't updated. I was...experiencing some writer's block if you will.
I'm going to be rather concise here. As I'm sure you good people are aware, it has been a good TWO months since my last update. I don't want anybody to think I've died or that the story has been canceled, because it hasn't. As of late my Muse has been taking a personal vacation and is not certain went it will return. However as of yet about 3.7k words of the next chapter do exist in a rough draft form, so progress is being made, albeit slowly.
Hooo Boy.
Been a busy July. I literally did not have a day off in like twenty days a few weeks ago, and these last few have been busy. Lazy coworkers making me take their shifts and whatnot. Friends and family want to do things when I do have time off, leaving me little space for writing. So I apologize for making you all wait for over a month. I told one fan I'd hopefully have the next chapter up in a week.
Wishful thinking on my part. My sincerest apologies.
