That's right everyone, Blind's update is 100% ready for the general public, and is now set to auto-release at exactly 1800 PST TONIGHT. Happy Nightmare Night. Here's your treat.

Also, I'm hard at work on the next chapter so I never have to go that long without an update again.

Progress for the night:

Ch6: Finished and undergoing final edits with the advice of Titanium Dragon and Laarsgaard. I'll be releasing the chapter at 1800 tomorrow, so keep watch.

Ch7: I have ~500 words for it. Still working on what needs to happen, and where it'll all end up going, but I know the major plot point that I'm going to build around, so that'll be in Ch8 when I get to it. Estimated length is around 2500 words. So all in all, block is broken. Time to move forward.

Alright, so I only hit the 2200 word mark, but everything is exactly how I want it for this chapter, and I feel like forcing the extra 500 words would damage the story more than help it. So, I'm going to release this chapter tomorrow, Friday the 31st, at 1800 hours PST (6 PM, -8GMT) on the dot. That gives everyone the chance to get home from work/school and have a fresh chapter of Blind waiting for y'all.

So Blind Ch 6 just hit 1700 words, and I'm working on it right now. At this pace, I'll hit my desired 2700 word goal for the chapter by Friday morning at 0300. However, this is a generous prediction on when the chapter should be done. So I'm going to plan on releasing it on Saturday, November 1st, at 1800 hours (6 PM), Pacific Coast time (-8 GMT). So I spent from 9PM to 3AM writing, and at first, I got 5 sentences out in the first three hours. But then I actually got things moving along and now Blind CH6 is sitting at just over 900 words. Now, this is about a third of the length I want this chapter to be at, so I estimate that if all goes well, I may actually get a chapter out by the weekend, or the end of the weekend if things go less than swimmingly.

I'm starting to get back to Blind. It will be slow, and it will feel very rusty when it comes back, but for now, I don't care how slow progress is. I need to keep moving forward.

Due to some serious shit raining down on my life, I'm putting Blind on hiatus. I can't FEEL what I need to to continue it right now, and forcing that feeling just plain hurts, so I thought I'd let you know about that before I get more comments and PMs on anything.

If I can, I'll give you a new chapter of something before next year. I highly doubt that, though...
