So yeah I'm working on the much-lauded laboratory scene....

all I'm going to do is add the following:

Fluttershy tinkering in a home-made lab before work, which is then discovered by a janitor at the motel, who phones it in and attracts the attention of the Equestrian government, which leads to her capture.

And then, an off-hand mention of her being in biology class during one of her flashbacks.

And then, some little bits of dialogue for when she and Cheerilee are together in Cheerilee's lab.
