I always planned on writing a sequel to The Spirit of Winter, and I always planned for that sequel to be longer, emotional and to feature a little more Snowdrop then the first one did.
So having just edited the authors notes on chapter one of Tears in the Snow, as well as spying a comment I read a few weeks ago saying I should fix it up, I figured I might was well offer some explanation of why I'm less than thrilled with the idea of fixing Tears in the Snow.

Been a while since I've called you that hasn't it? 
Not since Tears in the Snow anyway. 
I'm curious about things, namely what you, my lovely little trotters, thought about the story. 
So I want to know, what did you think of the story? What did you like and dislike? What parts of the story do you think I could've done better? What parts do you think the story could have gone without?
I told ya'll I had another story to release. Sadly for me, just like Treasures and Trinkets, it's not note worthy... I don't know if it's the cover or the title, how about I slap on a picture of snowdrop, perhaps that'll get your attention.
Snowdrop, Nyx, and littlepip are eating out at a restaurant and are just finishing up when the bill comes.
Littlepip: Mm, that was some good food.
Snowdrop: Hey Littlepip, would you mind signing my bill for me? [My friend is actually blind IRL, by the way]
Littlepip: Sure thing.
Snowdrop: Just don't leave a tip.
Just letting you all know, I am in the works of a new Snowdrop story which does an interesting take on the character. I am currently entering the final phases of writing it, the third act. With luck I can get it done tomorrow, after which comes the wait for my editor to make room for editing, then I can prep it for submission. Following this will be a Nyx story I have waited three years to write, I will wait no more, all projects will be on hold until it its posted. Happy 2016 everyone, I hope
