I just came up with a HILARIOUS OC name. · 12:24am Jul 6th, 2017
First name: Michael
Middle name: Rowe
Last name: Wayve
Mike never tells anyone what his middle name is. Why?
Because then he’s Mike-Rowe-Wayve.

I felt like I’ve been all business with my blogs lately. So many fun things I’ve wanted to post or say but thinking I should just keep my work all-business. What’s a blog anyway? I don’t know. I’m just gonna post and write whatever the heck I want to. And maybe you’ll get the occasional picture or link to what I’ve worked on and what I’m up to. If you still care to see what I have to say, I’ll try to make it fun for you by adding something funny. Today's musing comes in the shape of feathered
As seems evident by now, ponies can get by just fine in Equestrian society using only one name (Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, etc.)
Likewise, some ponies, like Celestia and Luna, are well known enough that they don't need secondary names. But I had the thought the other day that "Daybringer" and "Moonraiser" would make good surnames/honorifics for their civilian lives anyway.
So, whenever I look at my stories, I always see that readers often join a story if it's short and "to the point", but this is also contradicted by the likes. Often, the stories that get the most likes in my catalogue are the ones connected to my main series, the Sundagioverse. So, I almost have two different sides of my readers. I have the ones that read my short stories and oneshots because they like that format and maybe they found these stories through the "New Stories" section on
Everyone knows that a human's cell can only divide so many times before errors pile up and it dies. Do this enough times, and the human either gets cancer or gets enough internal damage for some other disease to off them.
But reproductive cells kinda don't?
(slightly NSFW talk, but in a clinical sense)
With life currently running me around all busy-like, I’m just filling the little room afforded to me right now by airing out my thoughts in my blog. Not to say I’m being entirely unproductive. I did write a short story dedicated to all my writer and reader friends the other day. But that’s beside the point.
False Knees made this one a while ago, and ever since I began writing more about my Kindled series, I’ve been feeling it stronger and stronger.
How aimless it felt trudging through life without that something in it... And how much purpose it’s been giving me to create the story.
I awoke this morning with an echo in my head. Well, two really: one of a trio of songs that my brain fused together in a strange and disconcerting way that made sense at first, only to terrify me later. The other a simple phrase. Just one that has decided to permeate my psyche for the rest of the day, and no amount of distractions, conversations, or stimulant medications has been able to dislodge from my head. Which in some ways makes me wonder if something plucked a heartstring of my soul.
When it comes to how I write characters...
Hear me out though...
This came to me today while talking to Bubble - about a new fic I'm working on that stars Fleur - during our commute to work. The way I write Fleur di Lis is the same way I write Pinkie Pie.
Hello, everyone.
So, I'm going to say this right off the bat. This blog will be slightly different than the others I've done. It will be more emotional and perhaps too open for some readers. Regardless, I wanted to talk a bit about why I took on the role of the Emperor of Sundagio.
They say if you want to get something done, get a busy person to do it. Perhaps that's been why I've barely written a thousand words for the next chapter since June; I've been graduated and searching for a job. I've had all the free time in the world and have done very little with it. Whoops.
I’d say that this blog won’t be political, but that isn’t strictly true. It is, however, the fun kind of political. Namely, the one that doesn’t actually express opinions and is just thinking too much about Equestria through the implications of pop culture references.
Okay. Bad news first: I haven’t started working on anything new. Like at all. Not a single word. The finale hasn’t even begun to get written yet, or any other story for that matter.
