A Story Plan for After the Finale (Spoiler Warning) · 9:24pm Sep 21st, 2019
Well unfortunately I was exposed to something that will happen in episode 25 involving Cozy Glow.
Well unfortunately I was exposed to something that will happen in episode 25 involving Cozy Glow.
Twilight Sparkle: Shining at the end of the day.
Luster Dawn: Lusting Shining at the start of the day!
Twilight Sparkle was the first character the show ever introduced.
Luster Dawn is the last (main) character ever introduced.
You could look at their names being opposite of their position within the show.
Or, you could say that even though the sun has set on the official G4 My Little Pony Show...
It is the dawn of a new era for the fandom.
So... here we are.
The story's over.
It's the end.
I figured I'd encapsulate my thoughts here. It's pretty blunt what I mean by this "super deep" and "cryptic" story. But I hope it resonates with any of you still out there. Also, it's too short for a story on this site, so I put it here.
Here we go.
(The Blinking dot is an oversized cursor, FYI)
What a ride this show's been. Granted, I haven't watched it since July of 2015. That's besides the point though. I've quite enjoyed my time in this community. I also love the folks I've met here. You guys have brought a smile to my face and helped me through many of the most arduous times in my life.
Though I'd almost definitely give it all up for a Ford Mustang.
Haha, so that's it, huh?
I haven't been keeping up with the show for the last two seasons, but by chance found out that today the final episode was released. Funny how that works.
So I binged the last three episodes, and -- no spoilers -- I can confidently say its what I've known MLP to be since that ordinary day I first watched Feeling Pinkie Keen: something great, something charmingly, slightly disappointing, and something colourfully warm.
THE PONY POV SERIES IS BACK!!!

I just had a glimt of things to come...
It's worse than I ever could have imagined...
You know something that I have always found strange? The princess titles in the Equestrian world. Example; Twilight is Princess of Friendship however it would seem that in the series finale she is left to rule ALL of Equestria alone. To raise the sun and the moon all on her own. To govern all of that power and the creatures of the world as the objectively strongest and most gracious being there is. Yet she has to do it all alone?
Well, I watched the Gravity falls finale, and...HA!!! TAKE THAT, BILL! *Clears throat* Anyways, I will miss the show, but there is one way I'll remember it.
My Little Pony Gravity Falls style!!!
...has seen this:
...on YouTube or Discovery Family.
So my question is, what's everypony's plans for that night? Party with friends, chill with family or maybe something else?
Me personally, I'll be ordering pizza and making popcorn with the wife and kids and watching it on tv.

FUCK the 'Discord is Grogar' twist. NON-CANON TO WAKING NIGHTMARES. SUCH a waste of a character. I am SO damn disappointed.
Okay. Grogar exists in Waking Nightmares: Remix Heart and is alive. But he never gathered a Legion of Doom, Chryssi, Tirek, and Cozy remaining independent villains.
Here in Canada, tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day. And so for myself and other Canadian bronies, the timing of Pony's finale, almost to the day, is quite fitting.
But really, who needs a red-letter day for thankfulness? This event may be bittersweet, but we can all be thankful for the good times, for the lessons that help us, for our creations, and for each other.
So passes the Age of Ponies. Every great thing must come to an end, but the ending still makes my heart ache. Whether it was the show or Equestria Girls or the comics or so many things from the fandom, there has been so much to love about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Not to mention it was because of MLP that I began to draw again and started to write stories. I hope to continue treasuring the memories and fan-made content to whatever end. I'm still fixing editing mistakes on A Search
The MLP Gen 4 series finale aired today. For so many of us, it feels as though we have encountered a grave loss. For so many years, we have devoted ourselves to writing fanfiction, making art, making music, going to cons, having viewing parties, and loving this incredible show. We have learned so many lessons, not just from the show, but from one another. We have made new friends, and made new worlds in our writing. Our community has bonded to something stronger than just a fandom. We've become
I'll have more to say on the subject when I get some free time.
So I literally just finished watching the MLP triple-header ending (mostly on YouTube, after Brony Network got spammed and suffered buffering issues), and I figured I'd talk about how I'm feeling now that it's all over. Yeah, I know there's one more movie, an Equestria Girls special, and the comics will be doing a Season 10 in the next few months, but the show itself is over how we know it.
I haven't been caught up since September, due to college and different things taking my interest (in case you couldn't tell), but I just wanted to throw in a few thoughts on what happened in the finale. Because I just watched it and I thought it told a very neat, subtle little tale with the Changelings.
Well, this is embarrassing.
Well, the series finale has aired, and with it, the show has come to an end. A part of me is sad, but I'm also glad it actually got to do a proper finale instead of just being cancelled.
