Yes, the time is nearly upon us! I've got two different 3k-ish word-long chapters ready to be posted (plus one shorter, scrapped chapter) that both serve as potential beginnings of a brand-new story!

If nobody's got any further opinion then I'm gonna go ahead and personally go with the Lisa/Zoey path. Get started with constructing whatever AU of Equestria they're gonna end up getting yeeted into.

MAN. It's been a long, long time since I've attempted to put any work into a new, serious multi-chapter story. I really haven't felt the motivation anymore to write Ruins following the slow crumble of Gen 5, so that story's been more or less indefinitely mothballed until I feel like returning to it.

Apologies to those looking forward to new chapters. The story is at the point where, starting with "Grey", it's felt more like I've been writing purely to push the story along.

there's parts here and there that line up. bits of dialogue, an action or two. but aside from that, the wholly independent contexts that the story segment exists in makes the very concept of the scenario interesting to work on.

now that things have calmed down a bit after midterms, I'm finally thinking fractures/project emphenom a bit again

more specifically, the mapping of lisa and zoey to their ponified forms.

i think it'd make things interesting if Lisa physically resembled an earth pony version of Twilight 🤔🤔🤔

and Zoey of course gets mapped to Gadget.
