I want to plug a couple of Pillar-centric fanfics that haven't gotten very many views or likes despite being well-written and thought-provoking. I think the only reason I saw them was that they showed up in my Pillars of Equestria group feed.
With Fall of Starfleet entering the last four chapters, we now have the completion of a long running subplot. That is the eight items, and what they were. These eight items were taken from a small ine of dialouge back from Season five when Twilight mentioned that there were only eight items and not nine. This was a plot point that I hadn't really seen any other fanfic attack yet and the idea intrigued me. Item gathering stories are my bread and butter after all.
After watching the Season 7 finale of MLP: FiM, here are my thoughts on how the Elements of Harmony and the Pillars’ Virtues have similar traits to each other:
1. Honesty & Strength:
It takes a strong heart and will to keep choosing to tell the hard truth instead of an easy lie.
2. Kindness & Healing:
A wounded heart needs kindness to heal.

So, when some child is being beaten up by an abusive parent, you should NOT help them! When a person is sick and dying of pneumonia, you should not help them! That's right people, Mykan thinks you should NEVER... EVER help anyone. You should leave them alone, and let them suffer! Yeah. That's the way he thinks."
I have never heard such propaganda, nor have I seen such twisted contradiction all for the sake of mockery.
I'll tell you what started all this...
So, the inexplicable little roll call sequence from the recent Tell Your Tale episodes assigns virtues to the G5 Mane Six.
Sunny has Hope, Zipp has Bravery, Misty has Heart, Hitch has Kindness, Izzy has Creativity, & Pipp has Confidence.
Even if you're not paying attention you will notice that Hitch's trait, Kindness, matches up with Fluttershy's Element of Harmony.
Sorry if this feels bad to say but, apparently, while I was writing my latest chapter of Legacy of Kain: Harmony's Rise I wrote something that inspired the user Dream Dragoness to write a new story that could be a very good Crossover with the franchise Legacy of Kain that I recommend you.

So some of you may be wondering why I haven't updated Spectrum of Lightning in the past month.
And that's because I was busy practicing and recording my lines for this bad boy.
As of S7, we've had a lot of historical things revealed to us.
But I'm a little confused as to when exactly all these things happened in relation to each other.
Here's my take:
Was thinking of the Pillars of Equestria and their inter-personal relationships. This is all just my personal headcanon and theories, don't take it too seriously.

Either way, I have some rambling to offer about it based on my own thoughts and observations. So, let’s go!
