I noticed someone once again put After Death, Creation in a "Finished/Dead Works" shelf. That always really hurts and makes me want to work on it less, not more.
I know it's been a long time since it was last updated, and it's been a while since I've had time to work on it, honestly.
I've been working on a different fic as of late, I'm not sure if it'll do good in the long run or not but I'm using this as a way to get back into writing again.

It sure has been a while, hasn't it. I've been pretty out of touch with the MLP community for the past several months, partly because of my full-time job, partly because I just haven't been interested in the show. But you fine people are here still, so I figured I'd pop in to see how everyone was doing!

As the last update to the story ticks closer and closer to the one year mark, I decided to make a post for anyone worried about the status of MLA:FiS. Good news: the story's not dead, I'm just kinda stuck in a rut (again) and my work life isn't helping. Suffice to say, I'm still chipping away at the next story and most of the main scenes are established. Most of what needs to be written is the stuff linking the scenes together, filling in the blank space and whatnot. For those still dedicated
You know, I never continued Magical Filly Apple B, and I suspect I never will, but I do have a fair amount of an old draft lying around for the second chapter.
I remember I really felt like I needed to go through and revise Twist's familiar's accent, as it was getting rather out of control. I was having trouble with Twist's lisp, a bit, too.
Diamond's minion... would probably have been controversial. I still rather like it.
Throwaway obviously. This is a few months old but I feel like I have to get it out of my head.
i have begun writing again.. after all this time, i am soon gonna restart the story, i have had over a year now, and i have gotten a good idea of where i want the story to go from here, how to progress it the way i want to, and a ton of other things. i am also gonna look it over with a more critical eye and try fixing most spelling mistakes and grammar errors i have made(even though i suck at doing it)

Shocking, yes, I know. I haven't done much of anything on this site for two months now, haven't I?
So a few months ago, one of my editors had to resign from his editorial work due to the lack of time he had to edit anything. Now I'm down one editor and in need of a new one.
So far Dragonoidsix is my only editor and while I trust him completely in finding grammatical errors, I just prefer having two in case something happens.
I live in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico to be exact and Irma, by a stroke of luck, hadn't caused the expected damage as it changed tragectory last minute.
But before it did, the whole island suffered a blackout, cellphone towers just recently ran out of gas for their backup generators (they're back online btw).
I guess I was lucky. Nothing life threatening accord during the time of the brutal winds and never-ending rain.

So I've finally graduated, and I got some extra time at long last. I feel like it has just been TOO long since I posted a story or chapter here. I'm not gonna be working on a new chapter for Even Stars can Fall still (just not in the right mindset) but I do have another idea. A D&D game of Minuette and a few other interesting side characters. I know, I know, hardly original, right? But I'll give it my best to make it my own and I'll let you guys be my motivation to finish. Anyway, if you did a
Yep, looks that way. I am working on the next chapter. It is at 11k currently and on the final scene.
Think I found my mojo again for writing. Still not a writer, but I am getting there, or at least getting better at not doing anything at all.
2016-09-29 Edit: Waiting on approval from pre-readers/proofreaders and it will be out before the month is over.
