What is it?
To put it simply, it is a way for users to see what is in the moderation queue, what stories failed moderation and perhaps comment. Moderator feedback, such as reason for moderation failure, would appear as a comment, but NOT under the moderator's username. Stories in the queue would not appear anywhere else on the site (this is how it works already), and the queue would not be visible unless logged in, and even then might not be on the homepage.

I still try and help people with their story submission problems and the like, but if you're having troubles with your story getting on the site, can you please tell me which story it is first? I can't go digging for the thing and find that all of your stories are approved and that your problem means nothing. If I know the story, I can check it really quick rather than waste time.

After adding a new chapter I already had for the story (I discarded it at first because I thought it sucked, but everyone else on my team thought it was good so I revived it to fix this inconvenience), I've resubmitted Course of Action, and now I can promise you guys two chapters! Yay!

I'm sure this other chapter will pass CoA through moderation, but I guess i won't really know till tomorrow!
