I have decided to split the 31k chapter I started with and gave each chapter a new name to help those short on time, based on overwhelming feedback in regards to it's length. I have tried to split them at logical points however as a human I am prone to error so I apologise in advanced for mistakes.

So, I've been working on Chapter 7 for A Dragon's Duality, and so far, I don't think it'll be even 10 percent done at it's current point (around 1,000 words). I was wondering if you guys would rather me swap certain parts of the chapter across two different chapters or if I should keep them as one. The only difference being that the next chapter gets released very soon and the chapter afterward will detail a different perspective, mostly.

Okay, to everyone that follows me. My stories are covered now, and since I'm in vacation I've been writing like crazy. But the chapters are becoming longer. So that's the reason It's taking longer to update them.

Hey guys! So now that I am finished with the camp, I can do some more updates. I've decided on Book I being shorter than anticipated. The planned goal is to reach 45 chapters, rather than 75.
Do you guys think it's a good idea? 'Cause I know I can't hold out this fanfic any longer, since I want to make Book II.

Hello all! One thing I'd really appreciate some input on as I make haste to do what I can on getting Chapter 33 finished so I can hopefully post it when I return from vacation: does anyone have a limit as to how long they like a single installment of a series to be? Chapter 32 was quite a hefty read I do admit, and based on what's going to happen next, I'm anticipating that the follow up chapters will likewise be around 8,000 - 15,000 words each if I'm to give everyone sufficient time.

Okay, some of you may have noticed Frightmare Night's newest chapter got taken down for a bit. Don't worry, I'm just preforming some edits to improve the length as 1,200 words is not good enough, it needs to have at least 300 more words in it before I'll go and put it back up.

Now I don't know if I will be able to change that anytime soon because I don't really aim for a specific length of my chapters...but I'm curious.
I ask that because, as you may know, the story that I am writing is not an original idea. There are tons of other "Pony added to Mane Six" stories out there and the few that I follow on this site or on fanfiction tend to have usually over ten thousand words per chapter.

So...Is the length of my chapters okay?
