Firstly, an open question: Should I announce new stories and chapters via blog? I see a lot of other people do it, and I'm not sure why. Logically, anyone who follows me is going to see the story announcements and anyone who follows the story is going to see the new chapter notifications and the story itself in the appropriate bookshelves. Well, the people have spoken, and the general consensus is that more time can't hurt. In light of that and the card I used for this blog title, I'm giving you all two extra weekends. The deadline for Villain Exchange Program submissions is now October 22nd, 11:59 PM EST. So moving it from my birthday to just before my sister's. Funny how that works.

so since 'to start over' will soon be coming to an end I figured I'd ask all of my readers what they would like to see in the next few chapters.
I will say that there will be a scene between the Principal, Princess, and Sunset that will basically be a three-way deadlock and show a little of how messed up that Sunset really was upon entering the human world. However, I want to know what your input is. what would you like to see included in this?

I have been debating with myself for how long North Star should remain a foal in Son of Sombra. Seeing as this story has become very popular, I am asking you the readers to share your thoughts on this. Do you want to see North Star grow up immediately, or would you'd rather that he remain a foal for a little longer?

Tonight was a minor momentous occasion, the first family barbeque of the year. After the burgers and bratwursts, my father saved the leftover baked beans for me, because I like to put them on toast. (Don't knock it 'til you try it.) Once he did so, he held them up and said, "This is the beantainer you should look for."

I have a bad feeling about a story, and the last time I did, you all convinced me that it needed to be taken back to the drawing board. Well, once again, I'm asking for your input. Bear in mind that this one is rather darker than my usual. We're talking "cusp of Teen and Mature" dark. Just the title should be a tipoff. It's also based on a prompt, so I don't have as much wiggle room as I might. It's also still pretty unpolished; I don't want to finalize it in a low-quality configuration.
