I have a bunch of stuff that I need to take care of, so I haven't had too much time to work on Chapter 28. Not only that, but the chapter has been proving to be a bit difficult. It will probably be another week before I finish the chapter.
Still, this chapter should finally give something that at least a few people want, and the chapter after that... well, it will be interesting.
They’re on the brink! LITERALLY! Go to their blog. We can’t just leave them like this!
EDITED: Oh god the orthography was horrible. This was what happens when I forget to use the spellcheking.
(Hey, I could whine about this once a month! Yay!)
I take a little pride on being able to have somewhat original, yet sensical plots.
I need art of that last bit.
Slight spoilers here.
There ya go! The ending of Chapter XXX: Exhaustion, now with 100% more lines and color.
In case you haven't read one of the chapter's author notes at the end of March, real life has dumped a bunch of stuff on me to take care of, so the amount of free time I have for writing has drastically gone down.
I find myself alone in the forest.
The trees close in on me, darker and darker still.
The creaking wind blasts the creatures around me,
Killing them softly.
I mourn for their losses
And their sadness and wails.
I wish I could help.
They seem so lost and afraid.
But from the shadows,
Something wicked this way comes.
Is it wicked?
I cannot tell, it’s too dark.
Where’s my flashlight?
It’s gone, the thing whispers.
Can the darkness ever truly cover you?
I'll be going away on a trip tomorrow and will be gone for about three and a half weeks, not getting back until early May. When I get back though, I will likely try to write up another bonus chapter for Fiddling with Her Heart. Until then, enjoy Season 5!
Finally got back home over the weekend, and I already finished working on something.
I proofread Flowers for Chrysalis for Foxy Kimchi. It's an interesting take of Chrysalis meeting Celestia again.
Happy Halloween!
This year, I took some time to write a Nightmare Night chapter for my first real fic on the site, Fiddling with Her Heart. Not only that, but I even drew a picture to go along with it and posted it at the bottom of the chapter.
As an additional note, the cloppy, oneshot sequel to the Octavia x Applejack fic, Fiddling with Her, was featured on Equestria After Dark about a week ago.
Fast as lightning, sharp as a sword
As most of you know, I try to always thank the people who favorite my work. And with my recent fic, "Can Ya Fix Her?" doing extraordinarily well, there have been a lot of thank-yous to give that I haven't had time for. So, here's a list of those of you I didn't get to:
Ice Star
solarisequestria
Moon loving Changeling
LovelyScars5264
keronwolf
Trenton
The Red Hawk
BurningBright
Sarachi
The-Sonic-X
After one year of planning and writing, Fiddling with Her Heart, my first real literary piece, has come to an end.
Due to real life stuff, it's been a while since I worked on Fiddling with Her Heart. The good news is that I have a good amount of free time this week, and since the latest chapter I have been working on is already over half done before I had to stop, you can expect a new chapter within a few days.
The not so good news is that my free time will go down again next week. Fortunately, I don't think my writing productivity will be affected as much.
Fast as lightning, sharp as a sword
I almost cried. I think I finally have my old spark back.
All the better, since I plan on finishing my novel this October. And this just gave me the confidence I needed.
Hey folks!
If you're reading this, that means you might only be familiar with my Equestria Girls work. But I write plenty on top of that, and not just other fanfiction stories!
Case in point: My second ebook just released today!
After a few rewrites and a lot of help from friends, my next story is finally done and has been submitted. It is a one shot sequel to my biggest fic, Fiddling with Her Heart, but with a twist.
My best friend painted fish on my back. And I thought this break would be boring.
