So I haven't delivered my 1 clop, new chapter to Daily tapes, and 1 new horror promise this month and I have a legit reason for why this came to pass. The reason is because I got jumped on my last day to work and my boss, ex-coworkers, and worksite worked me to depression when I was there for only a month. I want to get more in detail, but I want to promote this game.
I know I sure do. Those who didn't follow its progress very closely might not have realized what happened when it slipped quietly into the night, or maybe you don't even know what I'm talking about.

Time once again for another batch of Mortal Kombat fight banter!
Similar to "Round Two," I picked out a roster of kombatants that hadn't been really done yet and worked to come up with a set of dialogue for each of them, against a variety of characters.
First up?
The brutal, flesh-eating warrior of the Tarkatan nomads, Baraka.
Baraka: “Think your wings are faster than my blades?”

While I was quite busy in Cleveland, I still had enough down time (mostly on the road trip home to Virginia XD) to come up with another few batches of Mortal Kombat banter.
(Edited as of 10/13/2021. Added some extra dialogue bits to some sections.)
Hey everyone. Hope you all are having an okay time as we go further into February.
Since my earlier blog post with fanmade banter for the Mortal Kombat roster proved to get some decent response from my watchers, I decided to follow it up with another batch of fight dialogue.
I remember this one blog or forum post that involved imagining how would the MLP characters interact in a fighting game right before they fight or clash. (If anyone knows where to find that particular post, feel free to send me a link of it through the comments or in private messaging) Examples of these dialogues and clashes would be like in the Mortal Kombat or Injustice games:

If MLP was made into a fighting game, how would the characters interact before for during combat? This is based on dialogues from the Mortal Kombat and Injustice 2 games:

And here we are at the finish. The last phase of my Mortal Kombat banter series. This has been a lot of fun, but I'll admit, I am a bit happy to be at the end of this little side project.
So without further ado, let's begin.
First up on the roster, is the easygoing wind god Fujin. Brother of Raiden and fellow protector of Earthrealm. And an all-around swell guy too.

Welcome to the next installment of my long-running Mortal Kombat banter series.
This was one selection I particularly had fun with writing, I must admit. A number of these fighters come from Mortal Kombat X, though a fair few of them also appeared in MK11 as well.
First up on the roster here? The super-fast swordsman of the Black Dragon, Kabal. (He's a fun character for me in MK11. The guy's a ferocious fighter but he's quite Affably Evil too. XD)

We're back to the actual, main MK series for this installment. No guest fighters for this set of matchups.

Hello all. Been a good while since I last posted one of these. Most of that has just been due to summertime stress over IRL stuff, but I finally got some breathing room, and managed to work out a lot of dialogue batches for the various kombatants. Even decided to expand the EG roster somewhat, too! 
(Compati tagged because this side project would be relevant to Compati's currently set release schedule, in that it would probably slow things down.
So if you're here for that, def leave your two bits below.)

I'm not as good with IaMP, SWR and UNL as I am with the later Touhou fighters. Improving in them will be welcome.
Fluttershy is fun, but not my best character, sadly.

I am a fan of fighting games. I have been most of my life, and have played them off and on. Hell, I even won a local smash tournament once upon a time, so I've been dedicated a few times to these sorts of games.
