My first fanfic review since analyzing “Pony of Vengeance”, and my third overall. Man, I can’t believe it’s been so long.
Anyway, I wanted to make my comeback to analyzing fanfics by reviewing a Fluttercord one-shot called “Hearts and Help”.
Here’s the summary of it, which I had made myself:
My fourth fanfic review.
Gosh, I can hardly believe I’ve come to number 4.
Anyway, today I have decided to bestow upon you all a review of a crossover fic called “The Symbiote”. Written by SpyroForLife.
Here’s what it’s about, according to myself:
Yo, what’s up peoples, A Man Undercover here. Today, I will be making my 85th blog post and second fanfic review by reviewing The Pony of Vengeance, written by my good friend, BradyBunch.
Here’s the summary of it:

Today, I thought I’d make my 80th blog post by doing something new and different. Reviewing a story.
Last Friday, I was able to read a story called “Little Filly Blue”, which is also the first “2nd Person” Story I’ve ever read.
This is the summary of it:

Otherwise, here's my fic review copy/pasted for those of you who are based and don't have a twitter. This was all written in one go so don't expect anything amazing.
So I'll admit I'm a bit biased with this one, easily my favorite fanfic and one I'll definitely be rereading from time to time.
Sunset Shimmer is my waifu, but I gotta admit, I have a crush on Rainbow Dash, too. She's got the right mix of awesome and adorable to be endearing. Anyway, reviews.
I move on from the Read Later list to the Tracking list. I question the purpose of Fimfiction separating these two things and wonder what the intended usage is. Me personally, I use the Tracking list to bookmark the clopfics I don't want other people knowing I read... hm, I'll have to edit that sentence out before I publish this blog.
It's never a pleasent thing when a fanfic you like turns sour.
Not just because that head space where something you liked gets replaced with negative thoughts, but also because there's a little bit of disappointment that said fic isn't living up to how awesome it can be. Naturally, this is a subjective thing. Someone's awesome is someone else's wasted potential and vice versa.
So, with that in mind, Mente Materia.
From now on my reviews will just be focused on what I've read lately, sadly I've little time or interest in multi-part fics on my read later list. That said, let's look at today's works.
Been a while since I've done one of these, but I've been busy. Today I have a backlog of Season 5 finale fics to go through. To the reviews!
Been a while since we've done one of these, huh? I can't help it, I have to let a backlog of oneshots build. Longer fics scare me off, the longer the scarier. Anyway, review time.
Today I'm going to be looking at a story sent to me by one of my discord friends's
A Third Front Has Opened Up

It’s always good to start your morning with a story about gore, violence, death, and… *checks tags* romance?
This is gonna be interesting!
Bit of an interesting review here, cause this one is a request! the author saw my review of Dead Tree and wanted to be picked apart as well, so I guess I have to oblige.
Xepher tapped me to be one of the nine judges for Everfree Northwest's "Scribblefest" pre-convention writing competition, and I've spent the last two weeks reading through a chunk of the submissions. (You can find a listing of the entries here.) I thought I'd share my reviews of those stories here — they'll be a
Ah, romance... What a wonderful, wonderful thing, both to experience and to read.
Two individuals, slowly growing closer and closer together, their relationship changing, evolving into something new and beautiful, like a butterfly. Noticing something special about the other for the first time, first confession, first kiss... It's a beautiful process that takes time.
Why don't people get it?
And not MLP, but a Sonic SatAM fanfic reading:
G’Day, Mates.
Welcome to my 5th fanfic review.
And golly, I realized recently that it’s once again been a while since I last did a fanfic review. The last time I did one was on the 12th of April this year.
Anyway...
Today, I’ll be reviewing twilightsparkle3562’s “A Queen Sized Apology”.
