I was listening to Artificial Condition, the second book in Martha Well's Murderbot Diaries, and wondering why I enjoyed it so much. (The first book is All Systems Red. I have changed the short and long descriptions on the story. A forum poster pointed out reasonably that my descriptions seem to give away everything about the story, and won’t entice new readers because they think they understand what will happen. The new descriptions evoke a sense of mystery

One of the most difficult parts of getting a story on FimFiction comes after actually writing it. You publish a story and it sits there, not getting any views or attention. You've poured your soul onto the page and no one has come along to look at it.

So I also completely changed the cover art for the story and the description etc. because I thought that the original art was, well, complete shit.
All I have to do is write up descriptions for the monsters. The newer ones will be tough, especially the Synchros since I don't have images for them in my mind yet. I'm still looking for them. Don't worry, they'll show themselves to me soon enough.
