An under-appreciated holiday here in the US, it celebrates the birth of our way of government. Most don't remember this holiday exists (or seem to), and I myself could never remember the date until I looked at the calendar each year. I hope those of you that are in the US try and help people remember to appreciate this day.

I have always been mine opinion that its should require ⅔rds + 1 Vote to confirm a judge. Now, we have a crazy system of a simple majority, with no filibuster, for confirming judges guaranteeing that judges will be incompetent partisan hacks. We also have the McConnell-Rule:
