Southern California is as bad as Florida. Temperature is scorching, the cities stink, guns are everywhere (and I'm from Atlanta, so.....), segregation is appalling, and people are total jerkasses.
In California we are trying to return to normal. Notwithstanding there are still a lot of Covid cases. There are still a lot of odd employee issues lurking. There are starting to be more. Are employers using strange reasons for firing people who they do not want back? I'd think employers are afraid they will not be able to fill the position. However, I am receiving calls that make me wonder. People are being fired for very odd reasons. Reasons I have not heard 20-50 times each week.

Yesterday, I received my missionary acceptance letter via email. The ball is now rolling.
