I went with a cider, of course, since Hops in beer legit makes me sick.
Just last weekend I pulled my brew out of the fermentor, and bottled it. From what I sampled, it's missing something. That extra "zing" if you know what I mean. And it was kinda weak.

Hey everyone! Just popping in, a new chapter of Home Brewed Healing went up today. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out! I originally thought about making an intro chapter, a main bulky chapter, a chapter to wrap everything up and maaaaaybe an epilogue. Now it’s looking like a five chapter project with possible epilogue. Whew!
