I can't find a editor! Yeah I have Alicorn priest and the other guy (no offense man.) But they are only for mlp story's! The rest of them I'm on my ow with. I try finding beta readers but none respond. Damn it why are all the decent editors easier to find for one genre?!

Like, I get that people might dislike my work, I write in a sometimes boring way with a possibly odd attention to details. But... why is it that I get dislikes, but nobody comments why they disliked it?

For example, my last one, Candy Cotton's Normal Day, it got a few dislikes, but only one person commented their issue (the wordcount, which I get that you don't want to read a short story, but... I'll get into that in a different post')

Seriously, a word of advice for you all. Never get two illnesses that conflict- i.e. either you're on treatment that surpresses one but makes your other illness (a mental illness) worse or you have to put up with stupid pain.

I rediscovered some old notes on Contrast that I thought I'd lost to a catastrophic hard drive crash about a year and change back. I may just be able to keep going on that, finally.

For a while there I pretty much stopped reading stories on the site. I don't know why exactly but I narrowed it down to general lack of interest and that a lot of new stories were not my cup of tea. That doesn't mean I haven't expanded my horizons though; I've started reading ship fics which I used to give a pass on. Some of them are amazing tales that I love whole heartedly, and some not so much but that's how things are.
