Saw this on my way to the store today. My dad couldn't figure out why I was laughing.

Anyone else listen to a song, like it so much, and then have to here it 100 times more over the week? I have!
"All I Think About" by Bad Meets Evil
I have no idea why, but it's just so good.
I figured I'd share some of the poems I have here to make a timeline of when these poems were written, and also to give a tiny sneak peak at some of them. I hope you all enjoy! There's going to be at least 30 poems in the final book, and I'll post about it here when the time comes! After that, I hope to finally be ready to move back onto The Paths we Carve. I have all my notes prepped, and they're pretty much finalized. I just have to finish writing out the actual prose.
You know the one.
A sheaf of papers, prefaced with a short letter, all written in a sturdy, simple hand.
Abbot Stillwater,
When we parted ways, you asked me to record my wanderings, my friendships, my hard-won lessons and my failures. As you have already instructed me thoroughly on my failures, I have nothing else to report to that effect. To the other items, I am pleased to offer several instances of success.
So, some of you probably know that I'm currently living in Japan, stationed in Tokyo with the U.S. military. I'm studying Japanese, and you may have seen me post some of my digital paintings here in this blog. Well, last year I started studying a new hobby that combined my love of art with my love of writing with my love of Japanese: Shodo, aka Japanese Calligraphy!
So, here's something that has nothing to do with ponies: three works of mine from a recent shodo exhibit at our base.
Hello and welcome to this unusual blog by someone you don't know :D hehe I am not pretty good at this but I'll cut to the chase. 2 days ago, Cartoon Network posted a minisode the Infinity Train. Of course as bored as I was I decided to check it out....and got hooked soon afterwards. If my guess is correct, this is like a trial-and-error thing that CN does to see what people might like ajd boy do I like this one.
The game was released back in 2002, it was called "Steel Battalion".
Hey folks. Gonna talk about something other than ponies again. Japanese calligraphy! Model airplanes (ran out of space)! And then, at the very end, a little about ponies.
But first, a horizontal line.
“Oh, dear Celestia. Yeah!”
“The hole is straight ahead!”
“Baby, I’m coming!”
“Yes, faster, faster. Now slower.”
From the memoirs of Dark Smoke the engine driver. And a completely random and unrelated pony.
At least there are now few things less to avoid since I just finished watching the finale. I still haven't seen the movie, though. I won't say much about the finale, other than I really liked it.
So, just a quick question for my followers. Given how I would like to get back into doing my own art, is there a scene from any part of my story you would like to request be illustrated?
In my (hopefully more common) downtime, I would like to try and get back into drawing, now that I have a tablet. Keeping that in mind, if there was a part of the story you would have liked to see drawn out, let me know. I'm hoping that will help generate some inspiration and help me get focused on it.
Hai!
"I rowed the boat around and around and did it my way!"
There are times, my friends, when you feel the zeitgeist – the spirit of the times – and you must write.
For George Orwell, it produced Nineteen Eighty Four, as he viewed the creeping totalitarianism of the world around him.
For me, it produced The Collected Poems of Maud Pie, written in a single night while channeling Maud.
And for Admiral Biscuit… for Admiral Biscuit, it produced… this.
Okay, first things first, happy new years guys, we made it! yay
Now we just gotta make it to the next one and we'll set another record!
So. Fifteen tips for y'all, straight outta the mouth of the biggest idiot this side of Europe:
Do you know that feeling when you know that you’re holding yourself back, know that you aren’t doing the things you most want to do, know that you’re spending your time on lesser things when you can be spending them on greater ones?
I do. I feel a strange sort of avoidance at times at delving into certain experiences. I would like to say it is fear of disappointment, but it isn’t; I don’t fear disappointment. I simply feel avoidant towards some things for no good reason.
