So, I made another batch of those candied bacon Mother's Day beignets, and I had a bit of candied bacon leftover. So, being the thrifty (and hungry) fellow I am, I slapped about two and a half strips worth of chopped, perfectly crisp and crunchy candied bacon onto a slice of bread, following a thick layer of Reese's peanut butter and a similarly thick layer of strawberry jelly (no seeds, of course).
