I decided to submit one of my entries from the September Writeoff, Distant Shores, this morning. It was originally titled, rather unimaginatively, Distant Shores. It's since been retitled as Three Words, and greatly expanded to bring more depth to the characters.

Unmarked Time chapter 2 is now available to read. Things are looking up for Flopsy Mopsy, but then an iconic scene from Jurassic Park comes to mind.
Unmarked Time chapter 3 is now available to read. Flopsy Mopsy does battle with monsters, one of which she realizes is herself.
I've known for some time that last gen consoles were going to be left behind at some point, but was still a bit disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to play Horizon Forbidden West's Burning Shores DLC on my PS4 Pro.

Hey folks, just letting you know I put up a polished version of a speedwrite fic I did a while ago. I'm rather proud of it and it did win said contest, so that's something. It's a bit different from my usual writing style, but I think it came out well. Plus, there's an oblique reference to The Iron Horse in there, if you're up for that. 
This story started with a dream I had, oh... some three years ago now, I do believe. I just remember something about wandering through a neighborhood and making my way to the shore of a huge lake, and staring across it at the lights of another city on the other side.
My father, now retired, was a veterinarian for most of his life, but he didn't run a private clinic. He was a government worker -- a civil servant -- working within the government of Aragón's Ministry of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture.
So I've been checking out FimFic's BBCode Guide and decided to have some fun with them.
Important Notes: Some of them don't work the same way in the stories than they do in blog or forum posts. Namely the quote codes.
Knight of Equestria is a novel about the pony who through the arc of the story becomes Songbird Serenade, and, against her desires and often better judgement, saves other ponies. Her methods makes her think she is evil, and she slowly learns what it means to be a hero: Not Normal. The story was written as a series of five novellas, and they connect into one continuous novel over about eight years of her life. Finally getting around to watching Season 7, and I noticed something that mildly annoys me. Has anyone else noticed that the CMC appear to be getting a little bigger? I first noticed this with Sweetie Belle, who is now tall enough to almost match Rarity in height. I thought she was smaller than that in Season 1.
Admittedly not much has changed on the lineup, but I wanted to let you know of an event that has occurred today that promises all the stories one heck of a boost up into the "Needs Editing" and "Awaiting Release" sections. I have made an actual, measurably significant jump forward in progress on The Atlantis Scenario! Given the last time I made this amount of headway was back in early 2014, I was half-expecting to have to release everything else while this and OR remained stuck,
First off, decided to remove Mentor, Teacher, Princess, Principal from the lineup. That one's a bit of a fixer-upper, to be frank. On the upside, another oneshot has been added instead. But I have even better news! TAS Chapter 2 is finally done! Still needs editing, obviously, but hey; we're getting there!
