I'm on vacation right now in Texas and after a 21hour car trip, I got to say, it was worth it.
The people are nice, the food? Oh my god, I had breakfast this morning and let me tell you, it was the best meal I've ever had. For 7.99, I got 3 eggs scrambled, 2 ham steaks, and a pile of home fries. I am seriously still thinking about that meal now and am still full. It was amazing.
I'm going!

It took place in Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. I can't believe this is Sandy Hook all over again. The kids who have so much potential don't deserve to have their lives taken away. I'm filled with so much rage that gun control in the US hasn't been resolved to this day. This violent attack perpetrated by that monster is insane and inhumane.

I will be doing seminars on Writing and Game Design for an entire afternoon (probably Saturday) at Lone Star Games Expo, which is a smaller Tabletop RPG Convention in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. I will not be talking about ponies that much, but if anypony here will be at the con, feel free to come by and listen in!
Anyway it's been 3 years since my last blog do dad and nearly as long since the last chapter. The reason why is cause school thought that writing 20+ pages a week was a great way to teach over the great interwebs. This killed all motivation to write anything, and even now that school is done I still have not got it back. I'm very honestly sorry about how long it has been but at the same time will not guarantee a chapter soon, I know the path I'm taking at least so I'm not stuck there for once.
Sometimes, I really hate myself... Last week, I announced I would be finishing and uploading a new chapter on the Tuesday following, but... that didn't pan out as I hoped... One day late bled into two, then three, and next thing I know, it's Sunday.
Shit.

Whenever EQD posts conventions, I like to pop them into the calendar and set an alert for six weeks or a month prior to the date. Not that I plan to do everything or go everywhere, but if the opportunity arose, I would like to have enough time. So far, Trotcon and BronyCon are the only pony events I've attended. Ciderfest and EFNW are still on my list. At one point, BUCK was a possibility, if I renewed my passport and could score a cheap flight, but it disappeared before I could make it
Just so y'all know, I'm currently slated to give panels at HarmonyCon 2020, and I think y'all should look into going.

During a talk with my friends about the thirty-one murders that happened August 3 in El Paso, Texas and August 4 in Dayton, Ohio the topic of our conservation switched to our personal moral codes. I thought it would be interesting to write down my personal moral codes to see my beliefs in print.
Memorial Day in the United States is a special day. A day we remember all veterans who perished keeping us free and safe. The Ultimate sacrifice.
I won't equate Shaping Shadow too deep into that. But because of the day's special nature, have a special chapter!
