So MLP:FiM premiered 10 years ago today. In two more days, it will have been a full year since it concluded.
So MLP:FiM premiered 10 years ago today. In two more days, it will have been a full year since it concluded.
Here we are. 10 years since the show aired its first episode, and since then has assembled a community of fans with a dedicated love for the show, including myself. I've only been apart of the fandom for three of those years, but I'm glad that I joined late rather than never because, just as it has with many others, the show changed my life.
To all those who read the fics and watch the show:

Between reading and reviewing entries for the latest writeoff, I managed to get another set of stories reviewed for you folks as well, mostly courtesy of the Royal Guard’s queue. I go into a fair bit of detail about prose in the review for To Drown a Butterfly, as well as talk a bit about meter in poetry in my review of Happy Hearts Warming, so there’s a few things which are a bit different in today’s reviews.
