My original plan was that I would spend the last few days of my US trip catching up with some writing. I'm going on a trip that I've always been interested in... heading out west to visit some fossil sites in the heart of the US! 
Specifically, I'll be visiting the Agate Beds in Nebraska, and the Mammoth Site in South Dakota.

There's a good chance that I'm not going to be on the site much for awhile. Why? Road trip! Tomorrow morning I'm leaving on what should be a two-month, 15,000 km road trip across the US and Canada.
