So, I detected a Synth in my settlement... Sanctuary. After confiscating everything she owned and locking her up and auditing her activities, I had indeed discovered her true identity. So, as punishment, I put her to death. I gave her an aluminum baseball bat, 3 Stimpaks, and one day to live before I pitted her against the Town Guard.

Death by Town Guard... Badass...
