It’s amazing how hard it can be to get back into writing after taking a break. I had been hoping to keep the 1 epilogue per month schedule going but that clearly didn’t happen.
However, I’m happy to say that I now have 3 epilogues nearly ready for release! FOME has already given them a once-over and I just have to go through that, maybe add some extra polish, and publish them.
Only 6 months late, right?
The 16th chapter of Mission to the Pony Planet will require some extra info to get the full benefit. If you have already seen episode 100 (AKA the 9th episode of the 5th season titled "Slice of Life") and read "Lyra and Bon Bon and the Mares from S.M.I.L.E." then you're all set and can ignore this blog post.

So, as I mentioned in an earlier blog and that non-chapter right before "S.M.I.L.E.: It's the End of the World and You’re Late to the Pinkie Party", I had more epilogues planned. Well, I'm posting one
First, an apology
My hope was to have Act 3 of Mission to the Pony Planet (and the story as a whole) complete before the mid season hiatus was over. Which, for any of you who haven’t heard, is August 3rd.
I’m sorry to say I won’t be done in time.
It's still happening
Now that five chapters of Mission to the Pony Planet (MttPP) are out, I wanted to drop some information on this story and its future as well as info on other stories I've been writing.
Mission to the Pony Planet Act III is almost done.
The end is neigh!
I still have 3 chapters left to write (the climax and aftermath), but the rest is ready for pre-reading and FOME just messaged me saying he'll try to get to it over the next week.
It's currently about 63k words.
Like, finally this time.
The final epilogue for MttPP is finished … in draft form. FOME has already given it a look through and I just have to consider a few things after seeing his suggestions before uploading to FIM Fiction.
Oh, and remember how I said the epilogues would be short? Well that didn’t happen. This 1 epilogue ended up getting split in to 5 chapters. (I had planned it as a 2-parter.)
Okay, I should have posted this Wednesday, but Mission to the Pony Planet has been completely written and edited! 
I will be publishing the final chapter on the 20th. Thank you all for reading this far and I hope you enjoy the ending.
By the way, there will be at least one epilogue following that final chapter which will be published on the 21st.

So, now that I’ve seen the official Hasbro version of the EqG cast ending up in Equestria, I have some decisions to make about the ending of Mission to the Pony Planet. I also have 2 polls for readers as I’d like some feedback before writing.
