No, not really. I've actually been drinking less for a couple days now lmfao, trying to stay a bit healthier and whatnot. Don't need a beer-gut at 21, amiright? But nah, yesterday while I was doing my shit at work, I remembered I loved pirates and shit, so I figured fuck it, let's write a pirate story featuring just about the worst pirate there ever was.
Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, apart from the main titles that appear just after you take your seat at the Animus work station, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag IS AWESOME!!!!! I'm really falling in love with this game, although I'm currently stuck on one mission that's being a pain in the ass thanks to that stupid Brig (pretty sure that's where ships keep their prisoners, but I'm no expert on 19th Century ship names or types), but I'm watching a 100% Walkthrough that will hopefully allow
I love all ya, you know? 
You guys have supported me since day one of its release, and ever since its creation, its still been bursting with life, likes, and praise, and I cannot thank you guys enough for it. This is probably one of the best stories I've ever written on this site, and I'm glad for having tackled it. Cause then I wouldn't have met any of you awesome people.

Ar shipmates, tis I captain kristonalprime23 or as me crew like ta call me, captain Jack Sparrow the 2nd, and I be here to present ye with a challenge, a challenge so cumbersome that I doubt ye can pull it off.
So here it is, and ain't it lovely! The artist dronehunter19 seems to only get better, but why am I not surprised, practice makes perfect.
I won't lie, my mind went and made a pirate themed DND campaign idea. Basic synopsis is pretty similar to One Piece, where an Infamous pirate, before being executed, told the world of his map and will lead to his treasure. Since then, various pirate factions have been made and are trying to find this treasure.
Lengthy title I know
So anyway, one of my fave shows of all time is One Piece, an anime series about pirates. I tend to think that it shares a lot of similar core themes as MLP, despite being vastly different in tone, genre, setting and well lots of stuff.
And I realised it has the perfect villain to act as a foil to Twilight Sparkle and her friends.

Why hello there, curious person. How nice of you to check in on my first blog post! I was having momentary writer's block, so I thought I'd spare a word here.
Writing is hard work. An understatement, and a horrendous summary of the writing process. Maybe it's better to say writing is "complicated"? Even though I'm a creative writing graduate, I still find a great deal of challenge in wrangling my ideas into good grammar and cohesive plot.
You know, I've been wondering: can you write a legitimately exciting story about mathematics? It seems like the answer would be "yes, ye can, ye scurvy dog." But it seems very hard; I think there are a few questions that would need to be answered first:
1. What is the driving plot device?
2. How do you make math exciting and attention holding?
3. How does the author write for non-PhD's? How is the particular field in math explained without feeling condescending or too jargon-y?
And now for something completely different...
As you probably know, or have figured out, I am good friends with Lionheartcartoon, who is an animator and half of the husband/wife team DuoCartoonist, who put together masterpieces like Children of the Night and a few other things - and still have more in the pipe (especially if you've perused their dA and/or seen posts on Reddit lately).
In case you missed it, I released the first chapter of a new story today. It's called Blades & Boats & Booty, Oh My! (henceforth known as BBB), and it's a silly pirate adventure where Rainbow and Pinkie sail the seven seas for gold, adventure and, most importantly, booze.
Well new chapter is up, and I hope you enjoy it. It is reaching the peak of madness, and was a blast to wright, so thanks to all of you for skiking with me. And now, Art!
