CTC, short for Cost to Company, is the total amount that a company invests in an employee. It includes not only the employee's salary but also various other components such as benefits, allowances, incentives, and bonuses. Essentially, CTC encompasses all the expenses incurred by the company in relation to the employee's compensation package.
I probably should have said this in advance, even though I figured it would be obvious at this point.

Looking at my entire next week of no work (thanks, virus) I have ample time to finish a chapter of a ship I've been kicking around for a bit. Don't know why but I seem to do this a lot when bored- write out of boredom. Oh, well. More content. I always hate first chapters though since the story always seems to take a life of its own and the first look in a story can be difficult.
