Obviously, I'm talking about how much homework I've been burning through in the past few hours. All I've done on Fimfiction today is check my feed and post this blog post.

I've been steamrolling (relatively) well through my homework, most of which was extremely time-consuming matrix math. The sheer amount of scratch paper I used for that stuff speaks for itself. The rest is just writing down questions after reading a book for English, and memorizing some easy vocab for AP World History.
Now, as for writing...
I've only written two thousand words into the next chapter of The Roses of Success. I used to be able to pull off writing a full chpater from scratch in less than a day, but now I have school, and homework, and I just don't have another thousand words in me.
I know what's stopping me from writing, and I have an idea of how to fix it. I'll explain in more depth soon, but I have to finish math class and watch the debate for homework, so I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Got a friend who has just gotten into ponies and the fandom. I've been introducing her to music, video and art, but so far no fanfiction. I have put together a list of the stuff that I really like and think is among the best in the fandom; but along side that, I'm also looking for recommendations for the perennial classics. This was not Fluttershy's best idea. Now stealing something from Crystal Prep was usually hard. They had been on edge after the whole night sky exploded in hellfire last Fall Formal. Sure they were hyper paranoid monster hunters anyway, but having their theories that had been hypothesized for a few hundred years paying off in one blast really made them notice the rivalry between the schools. i just submitted Family Tree to the submissions folder of "The Good HiE List" group, and I'm so so happy. i don't know how long these things take to get approved, but this story's already got so much attention without it, more than i ever thought it would.
It first started with a homework assignment. A video essay I needed to finish and just barely finished in time, but required a sleepless night and another presentation to be done. Everything was completed, but I'm greatly dissatisfied with the final results.

Honestly, right as I think it's gonna be a smooth slide into spring break WHAM! I got three projects and four essays to take care of. Am I complaining that I haven't gotten any writing (or frankly, drawn anything) in the past two weeks? Yes. Am I going to do something about it? Yes...
As soon as I get these essays done, because apparently I'm failing a few classes!! HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!
Don't answer that, I know how that happens.
Review for "Molt Down" will be written in the mid-season hiatus. Last weekend was the Grand Galloping Gala in "Legends of Equestria", so I only saw the episode once and couldn't do more with it, due to attending the Gala and some after-Gala stuff over the last week.
