I am looking for a HIE story. The major scene that I remember is when the human is trying to explain to Shining Armor how humans became the dominant species on the planet and just what a persistent hunter is.

He does not believe the human and challenges him to run down his best trooper. The trooper gallops off and the human jogs in pursuit, armed with a stick to represent the spear our ancestors would have carried. At the end I think the troopers comment is
" He just keeps coming!"
