I may have mentioned that last fall I had to have my business van's transmission rebuilt, at a cost of $2000, van rental and associated costs of $600, a loss of $700 in booth fees and an unknown loss of income right before my dead time.

I'm dealing with a divorce, trying to get out of Blizzard and into a healthy company, and fighting so hard to work remotely that it took 9 months and a new diagnosis of PTSD to get them to let me have an accommodation under the ADA Guidelines and so much more. Well, this sucks.

Listen, I'm in a country which has free healthcare for most things that aren't dental, so I'm not nearly as bad off as I could be. I just have a really messed up jaw. Like, if I want to talk for long periods, or like, eat, I need to dislocate it just about every time to do that. Braces fixed it when I was a kid but, over the last few years, turns out it wasn't enough and now it's bad enough it's like I never had them at all.
