The last two hime tests I've taken have come back negative. So I'm all good again. Now all I have to deal with is the leftover cough. I'll probably go back to work on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I am very happy to report that I am officially moved out of my old house! I made it to California this past Saturday and have been busying myself with getting settled in and adjusted to a new life. My dog got to come with me and he’s having a bit of trouble adjusting to new people but for the most part he’s doing well.
Okay, I'm going to ask a very straight-forward and blunt question: Did anybody really like or care for the name brand of FireRain?
Personally, I ended up hating the OC and the name along with all I created with it for some reasons I have only told maybe two people. But I never asked my followers or others who have known me for a while if they even liked me as FireRain?
So yeah, a lot has gone on in the Hiatus I've been gone. I have a few chapters on the backlogs along with many other ideas in store. Dunno if there will be anything officially new but I can promise new chapters will come for what is already published. Phew... its gonna be a long time too for this whole COVID-19 crap to blow over that's for sure. So for when I am inside I should have much more time to write. (hopefully)
...and already back to the grindstone.
I mean, almost 900 words across three projects in that time is pretty ballin' for me.

Well, it only took me just short of 7 years, but yes I finally finished this damn story. It took me so long to finish the thing that I honestly doubt there's anyone left to read this blog, but damn it all I'm happy to have this thing done and there's a lot I want to say about it even if I'm just talking into the void.
Here is to another year of Fimfiction! I hope 2022 brings plenty of joy to everyone on the site!

I feel so much better and I know I won't puke up my sandwich. Also I did my makeup and feel so fabulous. Well I always feel fabulous but each day it's a different kind. Now I see why people are so obsessed with contouring.
