Just the usual quick update for all you readers out there! Colony's Beta is progressing at a truly impressive rate. So impressive, in fact, that my current crop of Beta Readers have outpaced me in both their eagerness to finish the story and their heeding of my own words about my time constraints. Outpaced to the degree that they have now finished their Beta 1 read-through, while I find myself just over halfway through my own meticulous read-through.
Okies, time to play~!
All the icky stuff with my family took WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY longer than it should have because extra stuff kept getting added to that whole mess! Life's a bitch sometimes~! I totes want to bitchslap her. So. Hard. So super duper hard!

Okay, I've been rather slow on the updating, mostly because I've had a really bad headache the past couple of days, I've been seriously hungry af and there's no food, and I've been really tired. BUT... once I hit 200 followers, I'll be posting a new story that I'm sure a lot of you have been expecting, so be on the look out for that!

So last night I was browsing the web before (planning) to go to sleep when I spotted a writing prompt on Reddit, and well … the creative brain took over. Next thing I knew it was past 1 AM, and I’d written a fun little story about man who makes a deal with a witch for his firstborn child, but has already, unbeknownst to her, cheated.
So hello all, I have decided to... do a little weekly thing with my journals in honor of reaching 100 journals :D
Once a week, I'll post a journal explaining current chapter/story updates I am going through with all of my stories, one's I have posted and ones I am still working on, as well as how much I have gotten down, little hints, teasers and so on to draw you all in for the inevitable crap that I will post.

Okay, so I jest a bit with that question mark. Personally, while I was glad to finish the story, glad to write it, and glad to test out some new things, I still think the story was a bit of a dud. But ... that doesn't mean there isn't plenty of gold among the dross. There just is dross, and a solid amount of it, in my opinion.
Just a little heads up, this is gonna be different from the other two, no YouTube today folks, sorry.

Return has had its next update after so long, and I apologize for that, dearly.
157 chapters and 2.5 years. As of now, the longest story on fimfiction marked complete, and the fifth longest overall.
Songs of the Spheres has been a massive undertaking. It currently sits as the fifth longest fic on the site at 2.1 million words and has been a part of my life for so long it feels strange to be marking it complete.
Comes great fun. I think that's how the saying goes no? Heh. I got distracted from my writing since I've been messing around even more with my microphone and DAW after I found an old pop filter that fits it pretty well. Then I proceeded to make this ungodly thing:

Well, it is what it is. Time marches on. Which means that once again it's time to take a look back at my goals, accomplishments, and the like during this year and see what I've gotten done. It's time to put 2016 under the microscope and look at some hard data.
