The first time I saw Amending Fences, I didn't get the significance of Spike saying "Here's the rest of it", and so his picture at the end seemed like a deus ex. But I caught it and that's actually very clever. Also, for as much as I can sympathize with Moondancer and her desire to confess her love to Twilight at that party, I think Minuette is really my favorite new pony from that episode.

Wow. What an episode, huh? I'm surprised by how tense and emotional it got in places. I'm a little bummed by no Celestia where she would definitely fit, but other than that I can't think of much I didn't like about this episode. Other than Prince(ess) Big Mac which felt contrived, but whatever. Plus, the surreal imagery of the episode was fantastic, the Tantibus especially. That shot of it slowly traveling through the fissure was legitimately unsettling and I loved it.

Well, my followers and readers, the episode that all Luna fan boys and fan girls(including myself) were waiting for. So, was the waiting for it? At least, in my eyes? Well (I'm saying this word too much already:/)....my fellow bronies and pegasisters....this episode was...good:) Not as spectacular as I thought, and it definitely had elements I wasn't expecting lol;), but it was still an overall good episode and a good start to possible Luna episodes in the future.

I also found some aspects of this episode a bit lacking– the dreams were a bit odd, creative in some aspects but a bit annoying in others. I think if the dreams were more similar to scenarios like in the Nightmare Rarity comic, than I would have enjoyed them more. I liked Pinkie and Rainbow’s dreams but the over-absurdity made it work, especially Rainbow’s. I remember my lucid dreaming and let me tell you, even if you know you are dreaming it is very difficult to awake and control the world around you.
