He has recently been sick (and it hasn't been just a small thing either), and that's caused him to miss out on work.

Blue and I have talked, and we don't normally do this (especially since it breaks the tension), but after the out-of-nowhere d'awww-fest that is You Are the Woman, we felt this step was necessary. We would have asked Flynt, but he missed this meeting (see what happens when you leave early, Flynt?)
