I watched the new Dave Chappelle special twice, and I loved it! The only problem is, a lot of people didn't. What did you think of it?

Happy Easter everyone! This is Dalek-Galvo.
I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that I haven't been putting a lot into the blog lately. I just wanted to make sure that I would be doing well in all the homework assignments and exams that I've been doing since this is going to be my last semester of college.
I've already painted the symbol onto the shirt, I have the undershirt and the pants, and my mom and I are working on the cape. All I need is to finish the cape and get the shades, then I'll be all set!
(If you don't know, I'm dressing up as Dave from Homestuck)
Dave Bryant is a fascinating and woefully underread author here on Fimfiction. He writes from angles I see few if any other people explore: the social worker assigned to the disempowered sirens, Equestrian worldbuilding that picks a time period and sticks with it, and perhaps most
In the near-future, I intend to write two Braeburn and Little Strongheart segments, one as a standalone fic (of the friendshipping variety, not the romantic variety) and a scene in another longer story. That in mind, I thought I'd talk a little bit about my thoughts on Over a Barrel. I'd like to solicit feedback on your thoughts as well. I'll likely incorporate some of what I hear into these scenes, so comments are definitely appreciated!
This song kind of took me my surprise when I first listened to it, to to how good it is, even though it's somewhat less complex than other DMB songs.
"Satellite" from the 1994 Dave Matthews Band album Under The Table And Dreaming.
It was a beautiful starry night over Canterlot. Princess Luna raised the moon a few hours ago and many creatures that live in Equestria's capital city went to their homes to have a good night's sleep. But out a bit further away from the city centre was a very large venue with thousands of creatures from around the world concentrated in the area happily chatting and excited for the show to start in a moment. Then the lights faded and the crowd started to cheer. A voice from a very old recording
That picture's grown on me a lot while I've been waiting to post it in one of these blogs.
"Typical Situation" from the 1994 album Under the Table and Dreaming by Dave Matthews Band.
Another random instrumental piece, this one being of "It Came Upon the Midnight Clear".
Somepony sure needs some hugs. :(
(A picture of my computer screen; and the image itself on there is a black-and-white version of one of the icons available to use for bookshelf identification on this site.)
Spitfire playing with a Spitfire; pretty cute.
Here's a first for me—that image is the one currently being featured on Derpibooru's homepage.
I'm relatively certain this song needs no introduction:
"Ants Marching", from the 1994 album Under the Table and Dreaming by Dave Matthews Band.
She must have heard the trans jokes Dave Chappelle told.
Well, there's more for us to enjoy. Ricky Gervais!
Don't believe it's all a joke to most people?
They're literally laughing about them on the other side of our little blue planet.
Even Bill Maher is commenting on the fad.
As almost all the community panels I attended were from people on FIMFiction, I trust they will post some of their notes or thoughts on those panels. If not, then I’ll have to steal all their ideas and seem super smart.
And I have some thoughts myself that I’m going to write up as proper articles about some stuff regardless.
