Yup! You read that right! I released the next chapter! Which was sort of easy since I am actually done writing the story, so I'll be updating it once a week until it is done (Two-three more chapters) and by then I'll hopefully be done with Roan as well and ready to start on the story I've had in the works for AGES... or at least since I finished Memories of Midnight.

Is Daring Do and Rainbow Dash a ship? RainbowDo? DashDo? DaringRainbow? What would we call the ship anyway?

My new fic features the adventurous Daring Do! The story will clock in at around 40k words. At least, that's what the rough draft says. I'll be releasing new chapters as I edit them, so I already have a release schedule in mind. This is technically a sequel to The Diamond Dog's guide to Engineering, making it an addition to the the Observations Universe, but I won't add the links until the connections are made within the story arc.

I have begun a new Daring Do novel.

Daring Do is given a unique quest by a most unusual patron. She must find and recover the ancient Compass of Discord before its misuse can wreck the world of Equestria. Of course it would be easier to do if ANYPONY, even Discord, knew WHERE IT IS . .

For hose who have not heard there are currently three daring do books that have been released in real life with seven more set to come out eventually.
These books can be bought at barns and Noble.

Daring Do has gone from being a fictional character in-universe to a real one, and she has had a couple of episodes in the spotlight as a result. Interestingly, she's also a pallet swap of Rainbow Dash, but as far as we know she's not related in any way, shape, or form.
