Note: There will be no Weekly Gaming Blog this week because I've been binge-watching Clone Wars on Netflix instead of gaming.

Ah, the irony of it all.
The DC superhero who's typically seen as a lame joke by the majority of modern culture (thanks a lot, Super Friends - and thanks a lot too, Big Bang Theory ) actually has the damn best movie of any DC hero in a long, long time.
Well, I missed most of Rebirth up to date. Yes, it's been a hard year on my end and from all the things I would like to have back, one would be my comics.
Somewhere behind me I got lost, now I'm searching deep within the dark.
So, people, if you were to made me read only five of the DC Comics: Rebirth or the DC's Young Animal lines (counting mini-series and one-shots), which ones would you recommend?
I was in the last week of class, two weeks ago now, when it started. I was sitting on the pc in the university's hallway, when I decided to open G-Docs, do some cleaning. I went over unfinished projects (too many), when I stumbled across this one that started almost two years ago. It was a tribute to David Bowie, in response to his tragic passing. However, my own brand of personal tragedy kicked in at that time, so I had to leave all my projects in stand-by. As a matter of fact, it left me so
And it looks damn cool.
"I tawt I taw a Tatwoman!"
This is the absolute best breakdown of Superman's relevancy that I have ever seen. It's pretty long–over an hour–but if you can find the time, I highly recommend this.
Alright, after summarizing the surprising amount of corporate hijinks that compose DC's EPIC! adventure to crawl out of a sales' hole, up to the top and then falling back to the hole only to dig even deeper. But enough of that already. We're here today to see how is DC going to get out of the new hole they're in with this new shovel called DC: Rebirth.
Hello everyone Wave here and we still have half a book to review. since in the previous review we already had an intro, let's get a quick re-cap now.
- Wally West is lost in a Speed Force like place, apart from existence and is trying to get out. He's from the pre-Flashpoint universe. For some reason, he's wearing his Kid Flash costume instead of The Flash one.
- Wally managed to get himself known to Bruce Wayne, who can't remember him. However, Batman is now on the case.
So, on the suggestion of a friend, I went and read the first seven issues of Gotham Academy.
And while it wasn't awful, it didn't particularly engage me. Due to spoilers, I'm using the page break function. If you don't want spoilers, don't continue reading.
The artist ArtGerm has produced a series of faux magazine covers for the entirely fictional 'Justice Magazine', which hails itself as 'Metropolis' Bestselling Supermag'.
If anything, it seems to be the People Magazine of superheroes (and supervillains), with an apparent focus on the ladies.
So, the first month of DC's new attempt to not screw things over has come and gone. DC Rebirth, announced as the grand return to form for the editorial with new stories and a new overall style. All of this to give DC not just a sale boost, but also to go back into the stories and characters that make DC iconic. Let's have some history down first.
So, I've been getting interested in Injustice, and while I don't have either of the games because I don't have the proper console (although praying Nintendo will make a port for Switch) I do have the movie, and I've seen plenty of clips on YouTube. I came up with some interactions similar to the interactions between characters before a 1x1 fight, but with my OC, Knightshade, the son of Batman and Poison Ivy from another Earth, and wanted to share some of them. Let me know what you guys
DC has a new comic book coming out this June and I’m excited for one main reason: the super heroine Primer is an artist. It’s about time artists get recognition in the mainstream comic sphere!!! I’m preordering as soon as I can so I make sure to get a copy when they drop in June.
