Been having trouble logging in?

I wanted to do some updates but my Google Docs won't open.

Just keeps unfortunately closing.

My downloads won't show up.

And I'm not allowed like on lots of websites?

I have no idea what's happening.

Barely got on here.

Anybody have an idea on what might be going on?
