May is EDS awareness month so to do my part I will be posting a random EDS fact every day as well as encourage you all to ask me questions. In return, I'm going to do my best to update as often as I can so here is random fact one!

It is the antithesis of Valentine's Day. If you're single, raise your hand because you deserve to be celebrated and validated.

During my grocery run today, I did indeed, decide to celebrate. This was all shared with a long-time friend and gaming partner.

A 2.4 lb tomahawk ribeye, a first attempt for me. The bone sadly had to be sawed down in order for it to fit in the already sizable cast iron pan.
