Throughout my mini-marathon of Make Your Mark Chapter 2 Monday and Tuesday, I had an inkling feeling that it reminded me of Power Rangers.

This morning it clicked.


The show continuously cuts to Opaline's castle, almost always near the end when Misty returns in failure, similar to the cuts to the Moon Palace in Power Rangers.

So yeah, I tried introducing a friend to the series Reboot by sending him a link to the first episode, and he said he didn't even make it five minutes in because of the CG, I encouraged him to try looking at more than the CG.
