As some of you might remember, a while back, Angel Wings decided to make a fan fiction reading of An Apple Scratch Toward the World. Due the re-writing I did of the story, and a few other reasons, the project was put on indefinite hiatus.
Now that she's done with school, Angel is more pumped up than ever in restarting the project. And for that, she needs more and more Voice Actors.
Im not dead
So that much is new. Sorry for no update on MLR&D:MiM, ive been having pains in my side and had to go to the doctors about it, sadly the doctor i went to is a fucking Quack and im in even more pain now due to them not treating the issue. So there's that.
With now three full chapters written and a fourth starting production shortly, 20k words are already down on the side story in under two weeks. My muse has grabbed hold of this thing and will not let go. What sucks is that I have to wait to release the ready chapters until I've got the entire story arc written (6-8 chapters?) and then write the next chapter of the regular Feathered Hearts story to link to it.
I’m happy to announce that the second A Tale of Two Suns side story, and sequel to Swimming Lessons, will be posted within the next few days or so.
It’s going to be a multi-chapter work, and I won’t post it as quickly as I did Swimming Lessons. I’m not even totally done with it. But I’ve also got a good deal of it finished already, so I think I’m good as far as timing.

This was originally going to be in chapter 2, and I’d written it to completion, but my proofreader, the ever-talented Setokaiva, told me it was unnecessary when combined with the other scenes, and I saw his point. So, I took it out and edited bits and pieces of it into the remaining scenes.
Still, I couldn’t bring myself to delete the thing fully from my notes, so, as a way to make up a bit for the delays with this story, I’d like to share this deleted scene with you.

I watched 300 and 300: Rise of an Empire with Firesight to celebrate A Gentleman's Price and Fertile Ground, both written in 2015, for both hitting this milestone. AGP got it about a week ago with FG hitting today on Halloween of 2020. I'm proud of both of them and consider them major achievements and worth people reading to this day, even if both are radically different in tone.
I completed the first two side story chapters in under a week, typing in the 12,000 words between them like rapid-fire from a Marine M249 Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) on my keyboard.
Chapter 4 is now up, so go check it out, and prepare for oncoming DRAMA!
